Transfer students majoring in (Pre) Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, and Mechanical Engineering are advised in the main COEIT Undergraduate Student Services advising offices until they have completed the gateway requirements for their major. Transfer students who have completed their gateway requirements prior to matriculating at UMBC will still be advised in the main COEIT Advising offices in their first semester at UMBC, and will be assigned a faculty advisor in their second semester at UMBC. Please schedule your appointment below.
Students may sign up for an individual advising appointment to obtain registration clearance. The appointment requires approximately 20 minutes of your time. Students may meet with any COEIT advisor (Josh Abrams, Anne Arey, Ashley Luster, Emily Stephens, Catherine Bielawski).
Advising offices are located in ITE 202-206.
